SMB Pop-Up Auction

We post a donated package on Facebook. You make your bids. We feed McMinnville!

This is a fun new way for our community to come together, support local impact, and help us continue serving hot breakfasts to neighbors experiencing food insecurity in McMinnville.

We are currently looking for donated auction items from individuals, families, businesses, and community members! If you have something you’d like to donate; whether it’s a gift basket, décor item, gift certificate, event package, or something unique, we would be so grateful!

Pop-Up Auction Details

  • HOW IT WORKS

    1. We post a featured item or package on Facebook once a month, on a Monday.

    2. Auction remains active for 72 hours.

    3. Community members bid by commenting their amount in whole dollars under the post (not under specific photos).

    4. Highest bid at the deadline time wins the item or package!

    5. Winner submits payment directly to SMB with cash, check, or the donation form on our website.

    6. We will coordinate with the winner on a time for pickup.

    7. Funds go toward our program to help feed McMinnville, OR!

  • AUCTION RULES

    • All bids must be placed in the comments of the official auction post located on Facebook.

    • Bidding begins at the stated minimum bid, and the highest bid at the official closing time wins.

    • SMB reserves the right to remove fraudulent, spam, or inappropriate comments.

    • Winning bidders must respond within 24 hours.

    • Payment must be done before or during pickup.

    • If there’s a tie for the highest bid, the bidder with the eariest timestamp wins.

    • SMB reserves the right to cancel or modify auctions if necessary.
