Volunteer Recognition Program
At Saturday Morning Breakfast, our volunteers embody the spirit of compassion and community that keeps our mission thriving. To celebrate and honor their dedication, we’ve launched our Volunteer Recognition Program*, a new way to say thank you to the people who make our work possible. This program helps us recognize and reward volunteer contributions, encourage ongoing participation, and strengthen the sense of belonging that makes Saturday Morning Breakfast special. Thank you for making a difference, one breakfast at a time.
*To be eligible for participation in the Volunteer Recognition Program, all trainings and forms must be completed to remain in good standing.
Monthly Giveaways
Volunteer. Serve. Win!
Each shift you serve earns you a ticket into our Monthly Raffle with a $25 gift card up for grabs! Sign up, show up, do good, and maybe treat yourself to something special afterward.
The more you volunteer, the more chances you have to win, and to keep our community tables full of warmth and care!
Annual Volunteer Celebration
Let’s Celebrate You!
Starting April 2026, we gather to honor the people who make Saturday Morning Breakfast in Mac possible. Expect surprises, certificates, service pins, and custom aprons just for you. When you give to others, you deserve to be celebrated too!
Why Volunteer?
Volunteering is important because it nourishes communities, feeds personal growth, and provides essential meals for neighbors in need. It brings people to the same table, builds kitchen and teamwork skills, and supports overall well-being. Through volunteering, individuals can make a real difference by helping serve hearty food while also experiencing fulfillment and a sense of purpose.
